Registration Renewal Process

Course registrations for the 2022-2023 Fall Semester will be made through the automation system between 26-30 September 2022 in accordance with the explanations below.

Students who need to pay tuition/fee in the automation system will be able to register for courses after paying their tuition/fee between the course registration dates. Tuition and Tuition Payments by T.C. Ziraat Bank ATMs or T.R. It can be done through Ziraat Bank Internet Banking. Tuition/fee payments will be paid until September 30, 2022 at 17:00 at the latest. Click here for the steps.

After making the payments, online payment is transferred to the Automation System. Registration renewal can be done until 23:59 on Friday, September 30, 2022.

Students who do not register for the courses between 26-30 September 2022 are deemed not to renew their registration for the 2022-2023 fall semester. The time lost in this way is counted as the education period. The student is responsible for all registration renewal procedures.

 

STUDENT AUTOMATION SYSTEM COURSE REGISTRATION/RE-REGISTRATION PROCESS STEPS

  1. Log in to the automation system at obs.btu.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx with your username and password or e-government password.
  2. Enter the Course Registration menu from the page that opens.
  3. The courses you can choose for the fall semester of 2022-2023 will appear in the Course Registration menu.
  4. You can add the course you want to choose by pressing the green (+) icon next to the course code.
  5. If there are courses that you failed in the previous semesters in the relevant semester, these courses will be added automatically. Failed courses cannot be removed from the list.
  6. If the failed course is an elective course, it is possible to choose another elective course instead of this course and be counted.
  7. When choosing courses such as Specialization, Master's Thesis, Seminar in graduate programs, make sure to check with your advisor.
  8. If you encounter a problem during course registration, you can first contact your advisor.
